Plans and billing
There are no tiers to choose between. You pay per website, and you add the extras you actually want. Nothing is bundled to make a bigger number look better.
The short version
- $17 per website, per month. That is the whole base price.
- A website on its own is a complete, working website.
- Add-ons are per website and you can add or drop them any month.
- Dropping an add-on never deletes anything.
- Billing lives under Workspace Settings, on the Billing tab.
What a website includes
For $17 a month you get a real website, not a trial version of one:
- Unlimited pages
- Contact forms
- Hosting and SSL
- Your own domain
- Visitor analytics and Google Analytics
- 5,100 build credits per month
- Unlimited team members
No page limits, no bandwidth charges, no charge for your team, and no badge on your site you have to pay to remove.
The add-ons
Each one is priced separately because not every business needs it. A restaurant wanting a menu and a contact form should not be paying for a shop.
Send campaigns and newsletters to your contact lists.
Sold in two sizes, per website, per month:
- Up to 5,000 emails a month, $10
- Up to 25,000 emails a month, $20
If you turn it off: Your lists, contacts and templates stay saved. You stop being able to send.
Online shop
Sell products and take payments on your website.
$10 per website, per month.
If you turn it off: Your products stay saved. The shop comes off your website and the checkout closes.
Member accounts
Let visitors sign in, and keep pages for members only.
$10 per website, per month.
If you turn it off: Your members stay saved. Sign-in closes and members-only pages stop being reachable.
Code and tracking
Add your own JavaScript and third-party tracking pixels.
$10 per website, per month.
If you turn it off: Your code stays saved. It stops running on your published site.
Dropping an add-on never deletes anything
This is worth saying on its own, because it is the thing that stops people trying something.
Turning an add-on off stops the feature being served. It does not remove your content. Your products, your members, your lists and your code all stay exactly where they are, and turning it back on brings the feature back with everything still in it.
Adding and removing websites
Each published website is a line on your subscription. Add one and it is charged from then on; remove one and the site is paused rather than deleted, with everything still there.
When a payment fails
Your sites stay up while we retry, and we email you about it. Nothing is deleted and nothing is switched off during that window.
Fix the card and everything carries on exactly as it was. If it stays unpaid, sites eventually stop being served, and even then your content is kept for a good while before anything is released.
Who can change the billing
Owners and admins. Everybody on the workspace can see the plan and the credit balance, because working without knowing what you have got is worse, but changing it is limited.
Invoices and receipts
Every invoice is on the Billing tab and can be downloaded. Card details are changed there too.
Cancelling
Cancel from the Billing tab. Your sites keep serving until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Domains you bought are yours regardless, and you can move them to another registrar whenever you like.
