Pricing questions
Can I add or remove things later?
Any time, and it takes one click. Adding something starts straight away, and you are charged the difference for the rest of the month only. Removing something takes effect on your next billing date, so you keep what you have already paid for until then. You can call off a scheduled removal any time before it happens.
What happens if I remove the shop or member logins?
Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. Your products and member accounts stay saved in your account. On your published site the shop section comes off your pages and the checkout closes; sign-in closes and members-only pages stop being reachable. Adding the feature back brings all of it straight back.
Do I get anything extra when I start?
Yes. Your first payment adds a one-time bonus of 7,500 credits on top of that month's allowance. Building your first site costs far more than running it afterwards, and this is here so you do not run out halfway through. It never expires, and it is one bonus per account.
What are build credits?
Credits are how we measure the work of building and editing your site. A small change, like new wording or a different color, is usually 20 to 50 credits; a sitting where you go back and forth over a page is nearer 200. The sites we have measured have landed between 1,200 and 5,500. Every website comes with its own monthly credits. Most people never come close to using them all.
How many websites can I build?
As many as you like, with as many pages as you like. Page counts are never the limit. You only pay for the sites you take live, at $17 each. Drafts are free and unlimited, so you can build the next site, or try three designs, while the current one stays published.
Are forms really included?
Yes, on every website, with no add-on. A contact form is part of having a website, not an upgrade. The same goes for hosting, SSL, connecting your own domain, visitor analytics and support.
Will my price go up?
Not on its own. The price you sign up at is the price you keep. There is no introductory rate that jumps at renewal, and no annual increase. Your bill only changes when you change what is on it.
Can I cancel any time?
Of course. There are no contracts. Cancel whenever you like and you will not be billed again.
What if I need something that isn’t an add-on?
We build custom features to order: a booking system, a searchable listings database, a members-only tool. Each project is quoted on its own, before any work starts, and the website price above does not change. Tell us about your project.
